Simulation Software specialist Lanner Group's Mandy Tague a Houston, Texas native is back from addressing delegates from 14 countries at its international reseller Conference. She offered best practice tips at the conference held in Dublin, Ireland.

Tague, a native Texan and graduate of the University of Houston, holds overall responsibility for business development and customer relationship management across the Americas region and was honored with an opportunity to address delegates at the UK headquartered company's two-day conference in May.
The focus of the conference was customer relations and the forthcoming release of Lanner Group's business process simulation software WITNESS 3.0 product. Ms Tague offered the company's international partners her best practice tips for customer relationship strategies and business development.
