The evening is planned with lots of fun activities for all participants. The schedule of events will include nutrition tips, posture and back care advice for students, headache prevention techniques, ADD/ADHD alternatives, healthy snacks, and free spine analysis for children. There will also be a massage therapist on hand to answer questions and offer demonstrations.
