The programs are available for both current renters and move-up home buyers as a way to reduce the cost of buying a home. Nationwide, home sales have dropped significantly since the expiration of the tax credit this past June. "Home sellers are looking for ways to help home buyers now that the tax credit is gone" explains Kenn Renner, real estate expert with Keller Williams Realty. "M.A.P.s fills the gap that the tax credit left behind including financing alternatives and closing cost compensation."

M.A.P.s helps move-up home buyers through reduced commissions on the sale of their previous home.
