SAN ANTONIO, TX, March 07, 2011 /Texas PR News/ -- Papouli's Greek Grill Restaurants recently named Anthony Fafoutakis as its Operating Leader at Papouli's Alamo Quarry and Angel Salas as Restaurant Leader at the same location.
