Research Now Expands its Mobile Offering to the Australian Market

Research Now's Smartphone App opens new possibilities for collecting timely and quality data for the Australian market research industry

    PLANO, TX, July 27, 2011 /Texas PR News/ -- Research Now, the leading global online sampling and data collection company, today announced the launch of its smartphone application in Australia. First launched in the United Kingdom in May, Research Now's Smartphone App is the first application with full survey functionality linked to a trusted research panel.

The application will offer researchers access to respondents' opinions anywhere, anytime in a manner they are both open to and actively engaged in. Furthermore, it will open channels for accessing hard-to-reach demographics; notably, younger and more tech-savvy age groups, particularly young males.

Surveys are delivered directly to the user's handset and can be completed at a time and place convenient to panellists - even when an internet connection is not available. Responses are then collected as soon as the app is activated and the device is back online. Based on existing survey platforms, and with full survey capabilities, data is delivered to clients in formats consistent with traditional online survey research and can be integrated with existing methodologies.
