Envirosystems Group helps Bombardier Aerospace Mexico with four custom production booths.
Bombardier Aerospace Mexico, had a need for four separate finishing booths. The first was a Paint Booth, a Paint Prep Booth, a Dust Collection Booth for Trimming and Drilling of composite parts and structure, and the fourth booth was a Blast Booth.
FRISCO, TX, August 05, 2011 /Texas PR News/ -- The Paint Booth will be used to get a perfect finish to the paint on the Lear-85 aircraft. While the Paint Prep Booth will be utilized for getting the structures ready for the paint process.
The Dust Collection Booth houses four 20,000CFM self contained Dust Collectors. The need was relayed to us that the units would need to sit inside the facility next to the the Trim and Drill Process Booth. Our AirWall units provide great flexibility to the customer by operating on low hp fans thus saving money in electricity costs. Also, being self contained and not needing to be vented to the outside, BA saw the value in being able to retain the air and heat inside the building. BA asked and we provided this booth with a partial floor recovery for any pieces that fall to the ground.
The final booth was the Blast Booth. We provided a blast booth with our AirWall units achieving 80,000CFM of airflow and a full floor recovery system for the spent media.
Envirosystems Group listened to the customers requirements, designed the booths and equipment to handle those requirements, installed all booths and equipment, and trained the staff on all aspects of the booths.
